Due to the implications and the health and safety concerns surrounding COVID19 Princess Yasmin Collection does not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or failure to observe shipping information. Please choose carefully. However, in the event that the product is faulty, we are happy to provide you with an exchange, credit voucher or refund.

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault is recognised upon receipt of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
An email must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org making us aware of any faults, within 48 hours of delivery. Confirmed delivery is made via registered post.
Please provide us with photo evidence of faulty issues or damaged packaging, so that we may verify the fault. Princess Yasmin Collection reserves the right to inspect the alleged fault prior to issuing any remedy.
Where possible, Princess Yasmin Collection will offer to replace faulty items. If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.

We have made every effort to display product photography as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of colours will be completely accurate. In addition, many of the images have been modified to fit the screen and may appear larger on screen than in real life. The best attempts were made to retain the original artistic value of the products, however on-screen lighting, shadowing, and contrast many times alter the specific shade of colour.
We have made every effort to measure as accurately as possible the length, width, diameter, or size, of our products that appear on www.princessyasmin.com.au. However, as the exact measuring standard varies across continents, and the majority of the jewellery is hand-made, slight imperfections and differences may present. We cannot guarantee the exact measurements are completely accurate due to minor human errors within the manufacturing process. The sizes and dimensions of the product should be taken as an approximation for the product you will receive.

Due to the nature of products being handmade, individual nuances and minor imperfections may occur and orders may vary slightly. Each handmade item is unique. Colours may appear differently to what is shown on your screen.
PROCESSED REFUNDS DUE TO FAULTS
We will notify you once we’ve received your faulty return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If we have already approved your refund, please contact your payment method provider to follow up with your refund.
