Shipping

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from Shopify containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will attempt to send your goods via Courier within 5-7 working days within Australia, please allow 7-10 working days if located internationally; however if goods are unavailable, dispatch and delivery may take a little longer.

  • Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.
  • Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is placed and includes a 48  hours (2 business days) period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse. Please note this can take longer during our sale periods, or peak ecommerce seasons when it may take up to 72 hours (3 business days) for shipments to be dispatched
  • We work closely with our shipping partner to minimise the potential impact of custom delays on our international customers.

Princess Yasmin Collections offers free shipping on orders over $100 AUD within Australia and New Zealand. We also offer free International Shipping on all orders above $250 AUD

To qualify for free shipping, your purchase must be equivalent to or above the value listed above for a single transaction, whether that be a single item or multiple smaller value items adding together to reach the designated amounts.

This offer does not apply to affiliate marketing or products linked from princessyasmin.com.au third party retailers for promotional purposes. For their shipping rates, please refer to those specific company shipping & delivery policies.

Free shipping is only valid for goods being shipped via our designated Courier from our warehouse; this offer does not apply for returned goods or exchanges. Customers will be required to pay for relevant shipping in the event of a refund or return.

INSURANCE

Princess Yasmin Collection insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Princess Yasmin Collection and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
