Shipping

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from Shopify containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). A shipping notification will be sent out with your Tracking ID once your order has been dispatched. We ship via Courier Please and most orders arrive within 7 days for addresses within Australia. Please allow up to 27 working days if located internationally.

  • Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.
  • Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is placed and includes a 48 hour (2 business days) period where your items will be processed and dispatched from our warehouse. Please note, this can take longer during our sale periods, or peak ecommerce seasons when it may take up to 72 hours (3 business days) for shipments to be dispatched
  • We work closely with our shipping partners to minimise the potential impact of custom delays for our international customers.
  • Due to COVID-19 lockdowns, our couriers occasionally experience unexpected delays. We thank you ahead of time for your patience and understanding during this time.

Standard flat rate shipping within Australia is $8.95

Standard shipping to New Zealand is $12

Standard International shipping is $30

 

FREE SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Princess Yasmin Collection offers Free Shipping on orders above $100 AUD within Australia & New Zealand. We also offer free International Shipping on all orders above $250 AUD.

To qualify for free shipping, your purchase must be equivalent to or above the value listed above for a single transaction, whether that be a single item or multiple smaller value items adding together to reach the designated amounts.

Free shipping is only valid for goods being shipped via our designated Courier from our warehouse. This offer does not apply for returned goods or exchanges. Customers will be required to pay for relevant shipping in the event of an exchange or return.

 

INSURANCE

Princess Yasmin Collection insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Princess Yasmin Collection and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
