If you receive faulty goods or an incorrect item, you must email princessyasmin.au@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. Please note that delivery date and times are confirmed via registered post.
Items are classified as faulty if they are damaged or have a manufacturing fault. Items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
Your email must outline details of any faults or errors with your order. Please provide photo evidence of any defects or faults with goods or damage to packaging so that we can verify the fault. Princess Yasmin Collection reserves the right to inspect the alleged fault prior to issuing any remedy.
Where possible, Princess Yasmin Collection will offer to replace faulty items. Please be aware that items will only be replaced with the same product, subject to availability. Credit notes will only be issued if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.
Please note that faulty items may need to be returned to Princess Yasmin Collection at the customer’s expense, and exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Princess Yasmin reserves the right to deny and refund either all/or part of your order at any time.
We take the utmost care and consideration when packaging your items to protect them on their shipping journey. However, we are not responsible for items damaged by courier/postal companies or third parties. Please review the terms and conditions of respective third parties for their assurances.
Any partial or full refund will be at the discretion of Princess Yasmin Collection (if applicable).
Shipping is strictly non refundable and cannot be credited as shipping services will be used to ship the item(s) to the customer.
JEWELLERY POLICIES
Due to hygiene reasons, jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged. Please choose carefully as we are not able to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or failure to observe shipping or dispatch information.
Faulty or damaged goods will be issued with a credit note. If your jewellery has a manufacturing fault, please follow the general faults procedure as outlined above.
CLOTHING & FASHIONS POLICIES
We understand that choosing the right size online can be daunting. However, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, so if you have chosen an incorrect size and wish to return your fashion order, we are happy to issue you an exchange or store credit with a 12-month expiry date.
Customers must submit returns within 24 hours of receiving the item and return them to us within seven business days. Once the return is received, it can take up to 5 business days to process your return into an exchange or store credit. The credit will be emailed to the address used to purchase the item.
We will only accept clothing returns under the following conditions:
- Item(s) must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.
- Item(s) must have no damage, makeup marks, stains and/or smell of perfume or body odour.
CLOTHING RETURNS PROCESS

- The item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- If you would like an exchange or store credit
Please allow two business days for us to respond. Once approved, Princess Yasmin Collection will supply you with a returns form, which customers must complete to process any returns. We do not offer free returns, and return costs are at the customer’s expense.

We recommend using a tracking service to ensure your parcel reaches us safely. If your package is lost or undelivered, we will not be able to process the return.
COLOURS, SCALE, SIZE & MEASUREMENTS
Every effort has been taken with our product photography to accurately represent our products and their colours. However, please be aware that we cannot guarantee that your monitor or device’s display of colours will be completely accurate.
Please be aware that images have been modified to fit the screen and may appear larger on screen than in real life. Please note product size details on each product page when shopping, as we cannot accept returns for minor colour differences or size interpretations.
The length, width, diameter, and/or size of our products have been measured as accurately as possible. However, due to the handmade nature of items, such as jewellery and clothing, each item is unique. Some variance and imperfections may occur across products.
We cannot guarantee that all measurements are exact due to the typical manufacturing process. Sizes and dimensions of products should be taken as an approximation for the product you will receive.
PURCHASING WITH AFTERPAY
Princess Yasmin Collection must abide by AfterPay merchant Terms & Conditions. Once your order has been placed via AfterPay, we will receive an AfterPay email approval for the order. This may take 24-48+ hours. Once received, we can then proceed to pack & send the order.
Even if Express Shipping is selected, Princess Yasmin Collection must await approval from AfterPay. Once received, we will then send your express order out within 1 Business Day.

FREE SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Princess Yasmin Collection offers Free Shipping on orders above $100 AUD within Australia & New Zealand. We also offer free International Shipping on all orders above $250 AUD.
To qualify for free shipping, your purchase must be equivalent to or above the value listed above for a single transaction, whether that be a single item or multiple smaller value items adding together to reach the designated amounts.
Free shipping is only valid for goods being shipped via our designated Courier from our warehouse. This offer does not apply for returned goods or exchanges. Customers will be required to pay for relevant shipping in the event of an exchange or return.
SHIPPING PROCESS
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from Shopify containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). A shipping notification will be sent out with your Tracking ID once your order has been dispatched. We ship via Courier Please and most orders arrive within 7 days for addresses within Australia. Please allow up to 27 working days if located internationally.
- Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.
- Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is placed and includes a 48 hour (2 business days) period where your items will be processed and dispatched from our warehouse. Please note, this can take longer during our sale periods, or peak ecommerce seasons when it may take up to 72 hours (3 business days) for shipments to be dispatched
- We work closely with our shipping partners to minimise the potential impact of custom delays for our international customers.

INSURANCE
Princess Yasmin Collection insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Princess Yasmin Collection and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
